International Mailbox Rental

When you rent a mailbox through Mail Center U.S.A. the products you purchase and your mail will be delivered here. You will have a street address as required for package delivery, not just a P.O. Box number. At Mail Center USA we receive mail and packages daily through FedEx, DHL, LoneStar Overnight, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. Your address will be as follows:

How It Works

Follow the easy directions below to be approved for Mailbox Rental and Mail Forwarding Service. We will forward your mail and packages to you as we receive them. Our mail forwarding service is $10.00 per shipment.³

Directions:

Fill out and fax or mail our Application for Mailbox Rental (pdf).¹
Fill out, notarize and fax or mail USPS Form 1583 (pdf).
Fax or mail copies of two type of identification.²
Fax or mail a front and back copy of your credit card. Provide payment for your mailbox. (Call or email us for prices.)
Additional charges: $30.00 set-up fee. ($20.00 annual renewal fee.)
$7.00 key charge. (Must be picked up in person and $3.00 is refundable when key is returned upon closing mailbox. This is only necessary if you plan on picking up your mail.)

²Acceptable identification includes; valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card; armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card; passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy. A photocopy of your identification my be retained by agent for verification.
