Easy Directions
- Download, print and fill out Form 1583 required by the US Post Office. Form 1583 (pdf)
- Download, print and fill out our store Application for Mailbox Rental (pdf).
- Bring both forms and two forms of identification¹ to our store at 8739 Bandera Road, Suite 103, provide payment for your mailbox and receive a key² to your mailbox.
- Business owners will need to provide a copy of their DBA.

¹Acceptable identification includes; valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card; armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card; passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy. A photocopy of your identification my be retained by agent for verification.
²Twenty-four (24) hour keys will be released 30 days after opening of mailbox.
